Please pray for us as we prepare for our 11th. Community Chritmas Outreach at the Doral Country Club on Decdember 22, Beside the toy distribution we will have "Story Time" telling the true story of Christmas, special; music and drawings for prizes. This year we will be giving toys to approximately600 needy children. Keep usw in your prayers as we continue being a voice in the desert for Jesus Christ.

WHO WE ARE

My name is David R.Manriquez, M.A.

"A Voice In The Desert" is in association with The Father's House Christian Center, Palm Springs, California, where I am currently serving as Associate Minister. My wife "Dena" and I have been married 50 years and have been in active pastoral ministry for 46 years. We recently came out of retirement for the third tiome to help establish a Spanish ministry at the Father's House, of which my brother, "Dr. Daniel O. Manriquez" and his wife, "Mabel" are founders and pastors. 

We are extremely excited and thankful for the marvelous way God has been manifesting Himself in our services and for those who have accepted Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.. It is our prayer that many others will give their hearts to the Lord in the days to come.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

My wife is heading up the Women's Ministry Department at the Father's House. A fresh air of excitement and expectation permiates throughout their meetings and services. We invite all the ladies to come and join us. The ladies enjoy a great time of fun, food and fellowship on the first Wednesday of each month and a time of spireitual enrichment on the first Friday of the month. Both activities commence at 7:00 pm. at The Father's House.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to lead souls to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, God's Son; to make disciples, spread the good news of the Gospel, and preparing the Church for the soon return of our Lord for His bride, of which we are a part.

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU
